Laws about driving and deaf drivers

Hello to all!
In my country, there is a struggle for the right of Deaf drive cars
Please share with me links to your laws, where it is written that the Deaf can drive a car.
I would be very grateful to you for your help!
 
In America, us deaf people can drive and hold a license. Originally I am from Romania, and you can also drive Deaf in Romania. :D
 
Also I will add, if you google deaf people, the things it suggests to fill in are freaking amazing.... Lets see some of these....

For example, our law is so called, if I properly translated: "On approval of the list of diseases and defects under which the person may be admitted to motor vehicles.
 
My few deaf friends from Odessa, Ukraine can drive in Ukraine in many years but not allowing deaf people to obtain a driver's license. :confused:
 
Oh are you serious? I hope someone who can post the links about the law. I wish I knew. Im from amercia, and do have a driver's license. I am stunned to learn about ukraine. I hope things will work out over there with the law.
 
Not only are deaf people allowed to drive, they're also allowed to have cars with turbocharged engine. That works greatly for me!! I think that having cars with turbocharged engine is the best thing ever. EVER!!! I'm now 36 and no longer have a car with turbocharged engine.

I used to have a 1993 Eclipse GSX AWD turbo when I was younger.

What happened? Were you driving too fast because you couldn't hear the Turbo Power and lose control? J/K.... got to mess with you a bit there... Don't worry, you can buy and aftermarket turbo kit to put in anything now a days... even a VW bug !

Lol, I am more into bikes than cars with turbos. I would prefer to buy a vehicle that already have a turbocharged engine than to add turbo. I am kinda lazy, haha.

I had turbo, then I wanted Jeep. Now, it is bikes.

Why gave up on GSX AWD? It's pretty quick car. Now Subaru Wrx 2004-up did better and stable. You should get it.

I got bored fast and wanted a 4 wheel drive. I had fantasy of doing a Jeep Jamboree. I traded it in for a XJ Cherokee. It was a stupid move of mine.
