Envelopes changing different colors...

I just want to know why the envelopes go from yellow to red at times. What does red mean??? What does blue even mean???
 
First I was confused what he/she is talking about, but I get it, thanks to Bottesini.

THANKS SO MUCHL.....I had been looking all over and I'm like what does it mean....did I say something bad in it @red envelope...lol...that's what I thought then!
