North Korea readying rockets to aim at U.S. targets, state media says

OMG, that's crazy. We don't make any threats to them so why do they do that? I just think they don't like America because it's democracy.

Yes, NK government doesn't care about people, unless you are in military.

We don't make threats, but USA gets involved in their affairs, which they do not like.

If you discuss about this situation with East Asians - you will find out most conservative Asian countries dislike foreign involvement in their country's affairs. This applies very closely to China, North Korea, North Vietnam (formerly), and some other smaller countries like Tibet and Cambodia. Right now USA has strong presence in SK and it affects NK because they feel foreign outsider is messing with their personal issue and dislike it.

It is similar with Middle Eastern conflicts. Some of the conservative members of Middle-East dislike US involvement to achieve democracy in Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel-Palestine conflict and so on.

Because of protecting cultural traditions, groups like Hezbollah and Al Qaeda formed by the interest of some people in the country to preserve their viewpoint (whether you think their group is right or wrong, it is their opinion and preference about their native country).

You can say it's same principle - So, that's why NK express the extreme disapproval of USA involvement.

Well,, not too bad since their rockets will only reach calif. Was nice knowing authentic though

Usa has been an ally of south korea since the korean war. That is why north korea has a hate on for the usa. Usa never finished up in korea because big brother china would join in and make it a global war. If usa fights north korea then we can also probably expect to be up against china as well as russia.

which I doubt it will since it has no guidance system.

no. China and Russia are not interested. They're not NK's ally.

NK see us as toys so young NK dictator love to play games with us.

I bet young NK dictator has fake plastic of US Capitol, White House, Washington Monument and other American buildings so he put NK soldiers in and use NK flag. What next - they will get new toy - electricity building that allow NK to switch all electricity off to all civilians, except for military.

Have you seen "Red Dawn" (2012) movie? NK troops might invade our country? ha, I want to shoot them for fun better than nothing.

China and russia are both communist. In all UN resolutions and things russia and china ban against usa and europe. Ever since thekorean war in the 50 s in which china was fully involved china has stood nehind NK ans kim "ding dong" jong un. It has been SK and usa against communist \" and communist china and communist russia.
To say china and russia are not allies with NK is a mistake. Otherwise usa wouldhave wiped out NK in the 60s for the pubelo thing

No, Russia isn't communist anymore since 1991 and China is more capitalist authoritarian with no democracy.

in case you didn't know... Russian and Chinese have condemned NK's nuclear testing and in response - they both recently agreed to UN sanction on NK. and wikileaks reported that China has been frequently frustrated with NK's tantrums for years.
