It's the same one, I can not stand that show. Totally unnecessary for Ramsey to act that way, not entertaining at all.... disgusting!!

I no stand him and his cooking is medioca...don't watch it but if you want a laugh you tube fanny jonny craddock she really took herself seriously and people aspied to cook like her most definatly don't now

Hells Kitchen is reality. How many of us ever been chewed out by our bosses?

If anyone was chewed out by their boss like on Hell's kitchen, one would have to be an idiot to put up with it, and keep taking it!

it is not 'reality'

Some parts may be but 90% of it is scripted and 'acted out' IMHO. Ramsay does that screaming cussing bit to set himself apart from other cooking shows.

Not sure about the cooking- my friend recently went to one of his restaurants in Atlantic City- don't remember the name. She had the beef wellington (and said yes it's expensive)- she liked it; don't know what her friend had.

Yes it is realistic to the real world. They're are people out there have to put up their tough boss. I been though one. Heres an example

Now do you want to work for him?

no- neither one is realistic to the real world. At least not to me. As I understand it I have read that Gordon Ramsay is not anywhere near like his tv persona off screen.

Yes there are bosses out there that are difficult to work for but 99% of the time anything you see on TV or in the movies are exaggerations of what one would see/experience in the real world. the 1% would be actual documentaries.

FYI my boss yelled at me because i took too long breaks. he told me you get 20 minutes not 30 or 35. 20 minutes!
