Hello guys! Recently I learn something that caused me :jaw: . I felt that everyone who might involved need to be aware of this.
Whoever applied for service and pager from Wynd or Deafwireless in the past few years need to check their credit report to see if Wyndtell had ran your credit report though T-mobile without your knowledge. This could affect those who might want to switch their service to T-mobile.
What I found out is that some of those former wyndtell user ran into problem when they apply for T-Mobile service only to find out that their credit check was run by Wyndtell Corp without their knowledge and denied the service from T-Mobile! When anyone apply with credit check will drop their credit rating, so double run the credit report makes the credit rate even worse! I think what Wyndtell/deafwireless had done is really unethically and might violated the law. Wynd/Deafwireless had abused by making T-Mobile pay for the credit check service and got away from it. If enough of you call T-Mobile and complain of this abuse. This might cause the investigate for possible fraudulent and abuse of credit report.
What the heck is Wynd Corp and Deafwireless is doing???? Breaking code of ethics, breaking contractural agreement, failure to abide the policy of other corporation? Time for ACTION!!!! ENOUGH OF ABUSES FROM DEAFWIRELESS!!!
STOP THE SCAM! ROBERT! (Owner of Deafwireless)

my lord!! I can't believe that you mentioned about Wynd abuses the credit report. It sucks royally. Have you or others complained about Wyndtell? :squint: at Wyndtell.

Hi, I do not have complaint. I happen to begin doing business with Wynd long before this abuse started. I just happen to bump into some of former wynd customer and they told me the story which caused me to dropped my jaw. I thought it was not true, but until I heard from few customers, I realize it is just tip of an iceberg. To be Frankly, I do not think Wynd Communications, Inc. had the intention to do this. I think Robert, the owner of Deafwireless started this kind of abuse when he merged his company with Wynd. Now Wynd is stuck in this mess.
My suggest to all of the wynd customer who are planning to apply with T-Mobile to check if the application is already in T-Mobile before apply as new customer.
I can not mention the source of inside information about this kind of abuse. However this kind of abuse has to be stopped! Whoever is liable for this abuse is gonna to pay huge price. I am blowing the whistle!
