Thank goodness. No Lie. I've been browsing through the net for about two hours now, looking for a Deaf Forum/Chat rooms because I am interested in meeting more people who are like me. I have hearing friends but I'm craving to meet people who have hearing loss like I do and at last I stumbled upon AllDeaf. I am hoping to meet alot of people here. Oh, forgot to introduce myself, the name is Darrell. Whats up? :) :wave:

Hello, Darrell. What's up with you. Kindly present your audiogram so we will know which of us are most like you and wish to adopt you into our tribe.

Also, what is your age group?
 
I'm Twenty One, But I feel Old. Lol. I'm doing fine, so glad that I found this site after a long hard day from school and studying.

Ah. I really am old. 53. But there are quite a few people in your age group here. Hopefully you will find them. Good luck.,

Hi Darrell! I'm 20, but I don't feel that old :P I did come across Alldeaf by accident and felt the same as you. xD

What are you studying in school? Where do you go?

I am currently studying Medical Lab Tech at Keiser University. I did, however, went to Rochester Institute of Technology with the same major back in 2008 to 2009 and because of financial reasons, I was not able to go back at the time. It was fun, until I actually started going into the labs. It was just too overwhelming and I lost my drive, motivation. I'm changing my major to Computer Programming. I've always loved computers, I'll be graduating with a A.S degree next year and hopefully get a B.S. at University.
 
:welcome: to AllDeaf forum. Nice to meet you. Sorry that I am old, too. Only older than Botts. I am 65 years old myself. I hope you do share your discussion with us about your deaf experience of growing up. We just like to discuss or debate on the topic that we pick to discuss about our deafness experiences.
