My white and short friend was a line of people at Macdonald in New York.. A Taller Black guy came up and pushed my friend out of the way, telling him to go to the back of the line... and

Taller Black Guy said.. "Obama rules now" :ugh:

if i were your friend, i'll say, "Pardon me, sir. You're right about Obama rules now but yo, Obama say, CHANGE. You better CHANGE yourself, give me a break and you'll get your turn, dumbass"

Obama is NOT officially the president until second to third week of January! Right now, George W. Bush still rules until then.

There has been some racial slurs between Black and white people right after Obama won the election. There were attempted fights at the middle and high schools, that some children had to call their parents/guardians to pick them up because they were afraid that they would try to start trouble. The CPS had to dispatch for the local LEA to send patrol cars out to the schools. On the 5th, my friend had experienced racial slurs by a black employee while ordering foods at Zaxby's.

I am not sure how one could handle this, but I would try to ignore them unless they don't leave me alone. I haven't experienced racism just yet.

I am afraid this is going to get out of control after then. I hope that Obama or the leaders will try to convince people to not do this anymore.

 Sorry that had happened to your friend, but sometimes you know they can be bully which are not right?

I like this but just be careful...some people would take that as an invitation to kick butt.

yeah, i grew up to learn blunt way with firm. Being taught to be stand up and speak up. Im not afraid and im step in to make the differences.

reverse racism, it may be true in nowsdays... but we will have racism everyday in this nation where we cannot overcome. Its everywhere.

yes, sometimes i get sick of racism that what they insult us, asian by: eyes. Actually, it doesnt bother me because im used to it and nod. If they do that, they'll get- "Hate Crime" from peace officer. I hope that people will learn the lesson and give us some respect what we deserve from.

Sadly, that is all around us. All we can do is just ignore it and try to treat everybody same regardless of age, sex, and skin color.

Given the violence some people are capable of nowadays, the best thing to do is to walk away as Secretblend and NorCal have said.

A black guy is a racist against white people because Obama's color skin is the same as him... *shake my head sadly*

Let's not forget this. Not every Black people out there are racists. Sames goes with White people, Asians, Latinos, etc.

Same idea like you may run into some deaf people that don't like you because you aren't deaf enough like them, didn't attend School for the Deaf or came from a deaf family.

Well, not all blacks are like that, same goes for asians, latinos, whites etc.

When he says, "Obama Rules" that's stupid, he's ignorant.

Some people can be mean because of your race or you're different. Well, that's life.

Oh, not surprised about some blacks are show their disrespect to white people or other race, it shouldn't be judge on race and Obama is nothing to represent about race color, I think it would get better in month or so.

I have agree with Brian, not all blacks are act like that, even not happen at my workplace or anywhere in my area.

Yes I aware that it's not all black people are racist but it's a black guy, I'm referring to with my post to relate Phillip's post.
