No.  ASL is way to nuanced with classifiers and contextual clues for this to work.  The only way that I could see this working is if the standard was SEE.  But it's not.  And ASL signers don't use word for word translations of things.  It's a very English idea of language.  I think anyone who actually understood sign language would realize that it's not possible for a computer to conceptualize visual information into a thought when ASL is so visually conceptual.
