No, Spain is not an island. Spain is part of Europe. Yes it is a cool animated video from on Google.
 
Yes, next year a lot of deaf from almost all contires will go to Spain, for it I am satisfied because I will see and know many deaf

ironic though is that when they showed pics of deaf kids, the deaf kids are actually CUEING, not signing!

No way is that CUEing. Last time I saw CUEING, I did not understand one damn word. But I can understand most of what those kids were saying in the video. That has to be Spanish Sign Language, not cueing. And yes, I have seen Spanish Sign Language before.
 
The animation is really cute and that was very creative to promote a bid for the World Federation of Deaf in 2007. It was very easy to understand the animation since most of their sign language is similar to what is being said in ASL.
