It sounds like the customer is trying to take advantage by tricking you that you missed the other sandwich.    When I place an order of something, the employee double checks my order with me before I pay which helps understanding each other.      I agree with AC...  I've had my share of sneaky customers at work trying to lie about the content(s) they ship internationally.  


I would suggest double check the order with customer which would help clear the misunderstanding before the customer pay his/her order.  :)
