Wondering about Dan Ryan expressway shootings

I bet that you've heard about some of the shootings taking place on Dan Ryan expressway. I wouldn't help, but wonder who the victims were. Were they driving slower than everyone else? Were they in wrong lane or cutting off anyone? Were they known to the person doing the shooting?

All those types of questions would help if a person had to travel on Dan Ryan in the early morning.
