I believe it. My 2nd OB suggested inducement, which I agreed to because I was tired of walking the hallways. Right after my daughter was born he told someone (I think my husband since he was by the phone in the LDR room) to call his office, which was down the street, to let them know he'd be there in about 30 mins. Made me wonder if he suggested the inducement because he was in a hurry to get back to the office & make more money. He'd done other suspicious things that I felt were done for the money, not because there was a need.
