Not exactly the same thing but kind of funny. Last night, TCS and I watched a Ma and Pa Kettle movie. In the movie, their pregnant hound ate a bowl of spaghetti but the yarn from the dog's sweater got mixed up with it. The yarn kept unravelling, and the dog continued eating, yarn and spaghetti together. At the end of the movie, the little boy discovered the hound had given birth. She had a litter of puppies wearing little sweaters, the pattern same as the one that she had been wearing when she ate the yarn!
a previous co-worker of mine has retired Greys and volunteers with GPA -Greyhound Pets of America- a national ex-racer resource/rescue agency.
Her Greys used to come in the holistic pet supply shop where I worked.
She had two elderly sweeties and they often came in wearing coats and paw boots in the Fall/Winter.
They are really gentle souls.
Just few little things I believe it was Seaham and greyhounds who go to recuse usually had good owner otherwise it been shot.Retired greyhounds make wonderful pets I love have one.
