For me, I am looking for a home around SC this year and next year til we find the right house.

What about you guys? :)

am thinking of moving out of here and move to apt in Morrilton.. but not sure yet..

because you will need fast cable internet in morrilton? i will try to move there too. i focus my home repairs first and work transfer later.

I'm thinking about get VISA then moving to Toronto area in Canada because US system is in big mess, also I had no tolerate with stupid system, such as federal tax is rising so rapidly during war. Bush have no reason to order for war against middle east then US refuse to move on, Iraq isn't our country. I want demands on public transportation to save my alot of money, also public transportation in LA is limited, not great as in NYC, Chicago, Toronto, Tokyo, London, Paris, Mexico City, Hong Kong, DC and other area.

I'm expected to approve by around early 2010's. :)

Happy Canada Day's

<---Just already moved across town last week. Nice place, but the commute to work's a bitch. But then at least its 20 mins down the interstate.

Any homeowners from Delaware? I hear homeowners don't pay property taxes or something.

I recently bought a 2-family house in New Jersey. Mortgage loan interest rates are high these days. Grr.

Congrats, Alex :thumb:

I understand the frustrations about these
mortgage loan interest rates are climbing
around 6-7 percent now and
I heard it's not even finished it will still go up
much higher in the near future. Sigh. I wish
that Greenspan stay here rather than
the new guy Bernanke I have some doubts
about him doing his job handling/controling
these interest rates.

Yes, that's true that homeowners in Delaware
do not have to pay property taxes.

I see the interest rate is 6.8% to me that's not high compare 10 years ago where its 13% or 20 yrs ago where its 15%

6.8%? that´s expensive...

My dream wish was being fulfilled in 1989 and stick it until........................?

Yea, that true because interest rate is too higher for student loans in 80's then it went down in around 90's.

I'll be moving to an apartment during January and start college. I'll be expecting to pay a whole lot of deposits like $500 plus a couple hundreds of dollers for electricity and water, so I'm thinking I'm gonna have to get a roomate, but my division of blind services will match my check (like if I get $600/month from SSI, I'll get $600 from DBS totalling up to $1200). My mom told me that I'm expecting to pay an expense of $1500 (yikes!). I'm gonna have to save up all my money... I live with my mom and dad.
