I like analogs, but they DO feedback. My first set of hearing aids, I almost couldn't get one on my right ear b/c it feedbacked so much. But I don't really see a HUGE difference.I do know that the digitals are more durable then they used to be. I remember the first generation digitals broke at the drop of a pin.
