Hi Vancouverians,
My name is Christopher. I am deaf, and from Montreal.
I will move to Western Canada in the future. My goal is to get a new life, look for a job and a roommate. Later, go back to school. I am interested in Vancouver. I know there are great deaf communities in BC.
I will make appointment at WIDHH in Vancouver this summer, but first I need to stay a place there for a few weeks.
So who can host me to stay your home? Or can I get some direction? Because I don't have so many deaf friends in Vancouver. I should look for new friends there. Also I will like to be showed around the downtown, and the deaf events.
If you can host me, then we should discuss the details and dates in email, or Skype.
