I knew a brother who took care of  his 90  yo sister that had  Alzheimer's , he didn't  want  his sister being mistreated in a  nursing home . He said he was  going  take care until her death and  the brother was almost  90 yo too.  Children are  heroes too, there been  small  children that called  911  when one of  parents passed out etc  . The child will tell was wrong with their parent and some children even delivered their mom's baby !    I  love these heroes , and  pets been  heroes too!  Heroes come in all shapes and  sizes .
