I put white correction fluid on every GOOD pens at my desk. :mad2: So my co workers will return my pens back at my desk. :giggle:

Every time, i see my pens are gone, and i have to get more pens from the storage room almost every months. I happen to get good pens that i can't afford to lose them. I had to put the white correctin fluid on them.

well, i use pen and paper to communicate with my co workers for purposes. We do have emails and instant message (in this office only).

I hate that when pens are disappearing. did it happen to you?

Yeah its annoying when everyone takes the pens. On my unit the Docs bring in a box of pens from drug reps. People know about it from other areas. So they will come down and look for pens and take them. Grrr

Oh yes....whenever I have pens in the cup, then they are gone within few days or a month or so....either my kid or my hubby keep taking it.... Oh well!

Don't ever let a bottle of Liquid Paper go through your washing machine. My kid left a bottle in his pocket and it went through the laundry unnoticed. We have some lovely white speckled clothes now.

It happens to me at home too...I just go to the $1 Store and buy cheap pens....Used to be school kids used pencils, but now they are using pens...I dunno why!...With 3 boys, I buy several packs of pens a month....fuss & cuss to no avail. I do keep pens in my car and my purse,

As for co-workers taking ur pens....I'd try putting a rubber band on all of 'em, put them into a container and put a sign...."Leave My Pens Alone".!.....Or just keep the pens that have ran out of ink, put them into a container and put a sign. "Welcome! Take a Pen"!....

or... just keep the good pens in your purse

:giggle:

I have 400 pens at home but at work, that's different story but I let the co-workers to take my pens at my office. I don't care since my pens all are cheap. :giggle:

I keep my two good pewter pens in my purse.

Nothing to do with pens but, I have another use for correction fluid.
When I get a new 'drill bit' I put a few blobs of C/fluid on it. As time goes by the white blobs fade...means when I see several drill bits in the bottom of my tool-box I can tell at a glance which ones are new [sharp] + the old [blunt] ones! Don't work in an office so pens are not a problem but, clever idea FF!

.

I use white-out a lot because I am a nit-picker. I need everything to be nice and neat and tidy... even though my penmanship is terrible. I just like everything organized.

You can start a new fad. :) Try it with different coloured correction fluid. :)

Thanks for reminding me to check kids clothes to make sure they are all clear. I don't want that happen to me. well, I often found cat's toys or kids toys in the washer.

Add this piccie next to your pencil pot. It worked like a charm for me! :D

(pic of kitteh looking like it's holding back pens from being taken away and caption says: These are my pens, go get your own) :giggle:

At my work, I never have to worry about losing pens. :P We get a lot of free pens that I find in the rental cars. ;) I have a bunch of random pens in the mug on the table in the wash bay.

I have a shitload of pens from pharmaceutical companies. Why not, they're free and saves my money from having to buy pens anyway? LOL.
