what i'm thinking here is..

House-Pros

-Has backyard where animals can run "free"

-It has more room and the bathrooms aren't in the "master bedroom" so its more fair that way

-Heard that the monthly rent for houses is cheaper in general

-If its rented by another person, not a company, they dont look at credit (I just turned 18, I have NO credit yet.)

-With permission, we can paint the walls.

-Less risk of getting in trouble for loud noises

-Not as many people live nearby so there'd be less unwanted surprise visits.

Apartment-Pros

-Bills are cheaper in general

-Has good "community" so I could meet more people faster

-Has pool, weight facilities, and tanning bed.

House-Cons

-have to pay ALL bills (gas, water, electricity, phone, cable, trash, etc)

Apartment-Cons

-Have to be careful with noise level

-A lot of people coming in and out

-Can't paint the walls

-Pet restrictions

I talked to some other people about this.... some of them are like, well you're too young for a house, i'd think its wise if you got an apartment to start off with, other people are like itd be a great way to build up credit and you have less things to worry about...

ya'lls opinions?
