When you're leaving a store or leaving a parking lot, which way do you usually walk when crossing the street?

i voted A cuz i am sort of walmart freak and have Handicapped placard to park handicapped spot closer to Walmart! :giggle:

hmm...I choose all of them above....

It doesn't matter, really. :) I can walk anywhere from A to C.

I'm surprised at how many people believe this is a real poll.

Well, I made a pick and was waiting to see if we'd be asked to discuss reasons for our choices; how we arrived at our conclusions, etc.....why do you say it isn't a poll; I didn't see it as a poll, per se but an invitation to make a choice and say why. I was waiting on the why....

It's a promotional joke for Walmart.

Notice how ALL parking spots lead to Walmart, not Target. :D

Besides, when is a Walmart ever positioned next to a Target?

There is no "choice" because all arrows lead to and from Walmart only.

My path is determined by where I park. But if I think about it I find myself walking the 'B' paths.

It doesn't really matter I can walk from a distant. I voted A to be on the Wal-mart side :giggle:

The reason for asking is to see whether you respect the drivers that drive by.

When you walk using paths A, you're taking the quickest way possible to get from one side to the other. By doing this, you're allowing the cars to wait less and that's a sign of respect.

By walking paths B, you're taking a bit longer to get across. Paths C take a lot longer. When people take these longer paths, they're making the drivers wait longer and that sometimes pisses them off.

Before people say, "Too bad... make them wait!" ... we also go through the same thing when we're driving. If there's no cars around, walking in any path is fine. However, if you see a car coming... stick with paths A for it's the quickest way across.

ah its a hidden lesson in politeness from our friend Vampy, lol.
