The World's Healthiest Foods
Would you mind sharing me a recipe of the healthiest food in your country? which State are you from France, Indonesia, Russia, Spain, Morocco, Thailand, Australia,Britain, India, Lebanon, South Africa, Switzerland, Italy, China, Greece, Japan, Mexico and the United States.

Tell me the reason why your country food is better than others ? Some people doesnt like the foods in their country's taste likely as some too spicy, raw, juicy, sweet, sugar, oils, fats and salt & pepper.

What I learned this experience was from rich people who had a complain and might sue our hotel's policy. It was all about allergic that causes serious health problem for example :fungi, viruses, parasites, bacteria, heart disease, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and many forms of cancer. Some people who have a less stressful pace of life, regular daily physical activity, and communion with family and friends, are likely factors. That's the reason why our hotel in order to better protect food during storage, preparation and service, it is important to understand the classifications and patterns of bacterial growth. My boss, executive chef. had explained to me about one of those who got an infectious hepatitis, caused by eating shellfish harvested from polluted waters or poor hand-washing practices after using the restroom.
So, you have to tell the waitress before you order that you are allergic from any food list on the menu order. It's important for your health protect from getting serious disease or hepatitis.Tell your friends about this before its too late!

i do like eat sandwiches from
McAlisters deli
Subway sandwiches
Lenny sandwiches in North Little Rock,Ar

when im gone to London,England for my trips and foods looks so FAB than USA but im going out eat in England pasta restaurant and lots of mores its so good food!

I have read that Greek/mediterranian food has less occurance with Alzheimer's disease than other ethnic foods. Probably because there is less red meat, more whole grains and vegetables, and plenty of olive oil.
I went to a private school when I was younger, and the principal was Greek (directly from the old country). I spent a month living with her while my family took a trip to Israel, during my 8th grade year. My favorites foods are hummus (fresh, not out of a plastic tub from the supermarket, blah), dolmades with tsatziki, baba ghannouj, and tabouleh. Baklava is great for desert, but I prefer a nice galatoboureko. A lil' ouzo to drink goes a long way (with meal, of course) too ;)

I would guess the South has the tastiest food in America because they put in all of the fat, salt, and sugar they need to make their food the best.

I'd love to go to Christmas dinner at someone's home in, lets say, Alabama or Georgia.

Anyone watch that cooking show with that woman named Paula? Where's she from. Her food ALWAYS looks good!

Yeah, the south has wonderful deep-fried foods, but certainly not healthiest. I'm from Texas and I fry nearly everything (with the obvious exception of barbeque).

I honestly dont think there is a particular state that has the most delicious foods cuz everyone has different tastes. For me, I like the taste of Southwestern foods especially spicy foods. :)

Yes, it is a matter of taste. For me, I dislike a lot of usual American food, but love many Asian dishes, especially sushi (and Japanese), fierce spicy Thai dishes and delicous Vietnamese food, especially the spring rolls. I can't think of eating otherwise.

I cannot eat any spices side effect me bad Miragines easily. I have to eat other kinds...
I like restaurant called: Honest Lawyer, Crabby's Joes, Applebee's and Swiss Chalet. Taste so good..

I would love to try country foods cultures their own making and hope so not add spices!

You talking about Paula Deen? She's from Georgia.

I love German and British foods and cook at home but if we make outing trip then we would choose to go Greek, Chinese or Italien restaurant over German restaurant. Yes I would choose Sauerbraten, Steak or salad over Bratwurst, Bleu Corden, Weiner schnitzel if I am in German restaurant because of fatty... When we are in England, we would choose Steak House or Homemade Hamburger house, Chinese or Greek resturant over British restaurant.

I love Paula Deen, she's awesome..

Back in my hometown in Maine, I have like 2 or 3 places I love to go to grab food at.. it's Maine down home cooking.. Marcy's, Big Mama's Diner, and rosey's. Good food... and relatively cheap as well. Here in NC, I don't eat out much.. but I love Red Robin.
