Hello, all, I am new to here! I am so glad to learn about this forum!  how are you guys doing?

I am a Phonak Claro user for many years and now it out of power and  I need new aids.  I am suggested with Phonak Naida V, widex Mind 330/440.. Since I have to pay for hearing aids, cost is the concern.   I have seen so many people are using and happy with Phonak Naida here and I also a Phonak user, so  I am considering  Naida.

I got two quotes from local audiologists and one online:

a. $4800 for both ears, both with life time service, 2yrs warranty+loss damage; and

b. $4200 with two years service (not lifetime) + 2 yrs warranty.

c. Online offers $1600 each, $3200 in total, with 2 years warranty +loss damage.  The sales told me adjustment fee local could be $25- $45/ time.

It is hard to make decision without more info..

1. In general,  how many times of adjustments normally needed for a phonak user to upgrade (my case, Claro to Naida)?

2. Did anyone has happy experience with Phonak older model but not happy with newer models?

3. Which is better, 2 yrs vs lifetime service? $1000 vs $1800, or  $25-$45/time adjustment?

4. has anyone purchased from hearingaidsexperts.com?

Your suggestions, please?

Many thanks!
