I want to make a poll for this thread. It's no offend. Just show your experience to live with your parent or adopt parents.

I was so lucky because I never have a foster family or adopt family. I was raising with my parents.

I am wonder is foster parent and adopt parent treated you very good? Or not?
 
By my great aunt until I was 9 and then with my father and stepmother.

I felt lucky in my father and he helped me a lot. My stepmother had no children of her own, and she would have preferred her own perfect child to me.

I was an only child.
 
I was raised by my parents. But I should have been in a foster home the minute I was born. Oh, well.
 
I lived with my dad and his bitch wife until I left them and went into foster care when I was almost 14 years old.
 
I was raised by a single mom...yes, my parents were married during the first 10 years of my life but my dad was rarely home.
 
I've raised with my real parents till I finally left them when I graduated from high school.
 
they dont have vote for real mom n stepfather or real father n stepmother.. so i raised with my real mom and stepfather
 
I was raised by my birth-mother and father. :)
 
My parents divorce when I was 12 and I live with my mother and stepfather till 18 all I am going to say that it was bad.

Was raised by both parents. I have 4 sisters and I am baby of the family and only boy. I pretty much had a great childhood. I am one of lucky ones.
 
My real dad throw me to foster place when I was 5 because in his town didn't have deaf school. Other town had deaf school. He didn't want give his important job up. I grow up in 5 different fosterplace until I was 13 years old. I finally lived with my real mom and stepdad. I had great life with my mom and stepdad. I had hell life with fosterplace. Long story! Well my dad was not good man because he was drug dealer and he abuse my mom and me. My fosterplace were not good also. I survied. I have a wonderful husband and son. I will never throw my son to fosterplace!

im raise my parents till my parents got divorces when i was 9 years old and my mom got remarried to my step-dad till he passes away in 2000 but im glad my parents not get remarried!!!

That is so sad :( I am glad that you have a happy life now. :)
 
I raise with foster parents. My real parent give me up when I was 1. Then I raise in lots of foster parents house. Then I live in group home until I was 18. Now I live in my own apartment. But sad on the holidays because I dont have any family.
