That is why they have warning tags on all toys, which toys are appropriate for certain ages. I always look at the warning tags before buying toys for my children, to avoid choking. But sometimes it's hard because if you have two children one is older than another child, the youngest one would more likely play with his older brother's/sister's toys. Have to be very caution. ;)
