Hello guys.

I'm having Phonak Savia Art 411 dSZ and I feel that these are not powerful enough for me. I have difficulties to hear conversations well and some people I can hear well, and with some people I can just hear some mumbling and usually it just goes to guessing what the other person was talking about.

Now I'm asking whether Oticon Sumo DM, Phonak Naida, Siemens Nitro or similar would be powerful enough for me?

Information of the attached picture:

Green area represents normal hearing. O = right ear, X = left ear, arrow = no response.

Phonak Naida UP would certainly be powerful enough. I believe the Oticon SUMO DM would too, although my audie prefered the Naida and got that for me (impressive seeing as he is an Oticon guy!)
In the end, your audie will help you decide what is best for you

The oticon 380p would work really well for you. It is very powerful and will work with your kind of hearing loss. You can adjust it to match the slope on your audiogram too. The phonak naida that some on here have suggested is probably more powerful and definitly not a bad suggestion, but will be significantly more expensive.

Btw, your Phonak Savia was mostly likely not programed right and the gain is probably really low. Much cheaper to just get that adjusted if you can.
