I don't get a blue screen with any error/stop messages or codes. Everything loads fine thru the log-in and the charms menu. Then, I click/tap on the "Desktop" charm, and it opens to that screen. Looks good for a few seconds, then the desktop flips into a blue screen, then back and forth between blue and desktop.
