Thats why I love it when they greet theirselves by name. I can go in with a rocket launcher for an ammo.
I usually get ot the point. "hi veronica, I use relay calls to communicate because there are no other ways for me to make phone calls" they immediately go into guilt while i smile. Then I explain the whole thing to them. Usually cuts out problems.
But..... I dont like using phone, I like going in and using sign language
