I bite my mouth especially inside the cheeks.  It got to be bad enough that I no longer have sharp canine teeth.  Been doing that for years due to nerves.  My dentist gets upset with me because I have a beautiful straight teeth (as I'm told) and seeing canine teeth are starting to look abnormal.  It's a very hard habit to break. Sigh.
