Right 5 hand, palm facing forward, left 5 hand palm facing self, flicking middle fingers of each hand against eachother (double flick)

Could be Jesus. My interpreter uses that sign for Christ as well, though I prefer the version where instead of the K in KING, C is signed.

No, Jesus is quite different from the sign I am describing.

Jesus: Middle finger of each open 5 hand touches each palm alternately.
 
My first guess would have been Jesus too. My next guess would have to be miss (fail to meet) but that only uses a single flick.
 
Palms facing each other and middle fingers double flick is one sign for Starbucks...
 
I figured it out. I watched the video I saw this sign in a couple more times, and noticed the woman signs it first the way I described above, and then again but this time using the same motions but with flicking the index and thumb of the "f" hands together, which I recognize as feedback. It was fast, so it was hard to catch that it changed!

I agree although I prefer the #4 to the side of the head and make a 'wavy motion' downwards as that symbolizes the mermaid's hair
