What is best site for learning asl?

I am learning ASL and wondering what online site is best for learning ASL? There are so many and while I know some ASL and keep the American Sign Language Dictionary on hand it seems that some signs vary a bit from state to state? What is the basic universal ASL that can be pretty well used anywhere?
