I just thoughtful to try something different ... as just for fun to be wonder ...

What if Southern won the Civil Wars , What would happen now ?

What if hilter is still alive and what will it would have happen by now ?

What if Alex hasn't discover AllDeaf.com , Where will we be ??

What if There is no Wars in the history , What the world look like by now ?

What if there is no invents about motor for cars and airplane etc .. Where we will be ??

What if Jesus is still alive and still here , What will u do ??

It won't be big different, expect that hearing are more intelliegent than deaf during the learning unless deaf change the system that make successful for deaf than rather on hearing.
