This person could hear about 75% speech unaided and would hear better than those with a CI. He has a mild loss of 25-35db in the right ear, which is similar to my mom's unaided hearing in both ears. My mom has no trouble hearing speech as the loss isn't enough. He could get any HA in his worse left ear. No need for a high end HA with such good hearing!

agreed, you hear fine in important frequencies. just lay off the loud bass in music you have low freq hearing loss. only you should start get concerned is when your high frequency is affected like 40db then hearing aid would be considered

Looking at that audiogram, you don't need a hearing aid at all. You are fine in the speech banana.

If you would need ANY amplification for some situations maybe try phonak UNA but you definitely do NOT need a high end hearing aid for your loss
