A serious problem here is miscommunication. Be careful! Think twice and try listening for what others are *really* saying rather what you *think* they are saying.. when in doubt.. what do you do? Of course, everyone is *different* but it doesn't make it right taking stuff out on someone else just because they said something that hit a sore spot for you personally. No one can read minds and why should they, when it's too draining and time consuming? lol

You might be surprised at how this reduces the drama greatly! Of course, do any of you really want drama? That's is the question that needs to be asked. Then do your part. Agree to disagree and all of that great stuff, like RebelGirl suggested.

Aww AngelOfRoses, Don't feel that way hon, I'm sorry you haven't feel competely welcome here, it's not that we don't want to know you, or you being in a wheelchair or etc, Honestly, I've been so busy lately and I hardly have time to posts etc but it doesn't mean I don't want to know you or the others cause I do, it just the timing isn't right , but sometimes there's an aim chat going on which for the AD members only, next time I see you on line, we will invite you in, so we all can get to know you more...

hello, I'M here cuz I have a 24 year old sister-in-law she just moved to florida from NYC wea she went to school majoring in photography,well she is now hea in florida shes been here for a while and hasn't really gotten in touch with the deaf community. MY SIS-IN-LAW has BEEN LOOKING for a job but has had no luck ,I just want sum one to give me sum advice so I could help her out. I need info on jobs,organizations and goverment help for deaf people. THANKS WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE.

Aww that is not true hun, I didn't even knew you were on a wheelchair, it's not that it matters because I and I'm sure others don't look at people from the outside only within the inside that counts the most. I'm sorry that you feel that you are not wanted here, I don't know why you feel that way, what reason? Like Angel stated, we have aims chat every Fridays and Saturdays nights at 9 pm or so, Why don't you come in and we all can get to know you better.

One thing I hate about people prey to find each one of us this member forum and release that real name and frame you or them. It is not a peace, it a trouble maker that person don't know or even you don't know who that person. I normal don't post this message because I don't want have person or anyone that people can search thru the google that lead here.

I am looking for enjoy as Alldeaf used to be a wonderful but now, I don't enjoy that much cuz where is united for deaf communities all around on this Earth.

Sorry if I don't made sense but I would like talk with you and other. I have several people were angry with me due my job policy that I have to follow. They end up to throw me on this alldeaf.com and which I am not looking for lying but rather be truth.

Yes it would be peace and it can be ugly. If that person want problem with me, I don't respond unless they say all where I live then I will take that action because I concerning that All Deaf doesn't need know where you and all of you live. I want to enjoy to talk with you all that matter I care.

Awww Angelofroses!!! That's definitely not true about you being in a wheelchair causes you to have no friends or not want to get to know you more. I have several other friends that are in a wheelchair and there's no judgement on that. The fact is... ALLDEAF members have their own group.. its like this.. when you're in high school.. you have to find where you can fit in a group where they can accept you. its the same thing in Alldeaf. I'm sure there's like 10 different groups where we can fit in but I really we could just become one but that's almost impossible.

This AD forum is basically a chaotic now! Somewhat, it used to be a friendly forum and it has become a HATE forum.. What's wrong with you people??? its not only getting any better it has gotten WORSE!!!!!!!! there has been alot of name calling and alot of us have our own group of friends so the group of friends become the enemy with the other group.. THEN....one at a time from the other group joins into the other group.. losing all the fucking friends we had once before! by words of mouth and gossiping is what led to another! and Most of you have never met most of the ad members but you guys decided to judge one another.. that ain't fucking right! at least hear both side of the stories and think twice maybe... we could just be friends but keep the gossiping out because "YOU" DON'T KNOW THE WHOLE TRUTH! but now what i see is happening to everyone in here.. its like a friggin civil war.. like the north vs. south.. AD is the same way.. the so called group has their own group and all the damn gossiping and judging the other group.. what the hell is all that about?? why can't we just get along? i'm sick and tired of this bullshit.. yeah.. i'm sure some of you would say to me "well if you're sick and tired of this bullshit then don't come in here" of COURSE.. I think that it is time for Alex consider to clean up most of his forum so that you guys could start over. It would clear up our thoughts.

I believe that Alex's forum is not alone. Many forums on the internet have the same situation. I am pretty sure that it is a good idea to clean it up than being sorry for a poor reputation. I hope that there is no infliction for all of us at this time.

I am in the same shoes as CrazyMomma....I have no idea that there were members backstabbing nor bashing each other to the point that it needed attention. Maybe I missed something? I did see a post insulting another member about being a close minded religious person so I replied to that post saying there is no need to insult that member for being close minded and religous...everyone is different which is what makes this forum interesting. I enjoy reading all the different perspectives even though there were some that I dont agree with.
I think I posted a comment to another member about this issue. I believe I said, " I dont mind getting constructive criticism about my beliefs or thoughts but personal attacks, I ignore."


Nobody is perfect not even me and sometimes we say things that are not nice but if there are certain people who use this to bash people again and again, they are cyber-bullies...
