Hello!
I’m doing a presentation for my ASL class on the origin of PAH and I didn’t want to get any of the facts wrong so here I am! I’ve been told it means “at last,” but that’s about it. I’ve also been told that it’s used for bigger things, so for example, “I graduate this June! PAH!”, rather than smaller things like “My friend came to the party. PAH!” I’m not totally sure about that though...are there certain situations in which PAH would be used and times when it wouldn’t be used? Also, what other things can I discuss in my presentation? I was thinking about tying it to the Deaf President Now movement in which PAH became a very popular term (so I’ve been told). Thanks in advance!!
