I use an interpreter for a meeting or important stuffs. I use ASL. I do communicate with my co workers by writing notes, instant message, body languages or some of them do familiar with my deaf accent to speak. I work with hearing people and they seem to be ok talking to me. I get use to educating them everyday. I don't have a CI.  I work there for almost 15 years with the similiar positions but different 5 offices so far.
