As a new member you should really introduce yourself first before you post. So, since you haven't you should...but welcome to AD We use instant messenger at work and e-mail a lot. I deal with customers face to face and I have trouble sometimes (I work as a p/t bank teller) I get someone to help me with the transaction. We have to do calls sometimes but as long as I write down who I need to call etc someone takes care of it for me. Everyone I work with are nice about it just the newbies sometimes are confused on why I never use the phone cause I have very good speech and most don't notice my hearing aids unless my hair is back/up. I mentioned in my interview that I had a mold hearing loss (which it was 4 years ago) now it's severe creeping to profound.
