theres all kinds of women. Something for everyone. Just dont sit back and let the moment pass, cuz you may never grasp it again 
You might be an "outsider" but dont let that derail you from someone you may want. Theres the guy who sees what he wants, but doesnt have the balls to simply say hello. That guy then goes home and adds to his ever growing porn stash. Then theres the other guy who takes that chance. Now he may fail 10 times in a row but eventually ones gonna take the bait. And it'll all be worth it.
When i was at gally, i met a girl who had a personality so intimdating guys were simply flat out scared of her. But she was drop dead gorgeous. So when she started going out with me ( i pestered her until her heart was mine 
) it took some work but eventually happened. And i had a few people asking me how i did it. I told him, simple i asked.
So yeah, just keep at it and soon you'll get what you want.
