She tried to file for bankrupty but got denied. She is trying short sale but her ex hubby refuses to sign the paperwork so she thought maybe the bank would just take over the house but to her shock, the cops showed up at her door serving her with a court appearance. She is freaking out now and texing me like every 5 minutes. She went through hell because her ex was seeing one of our friends for 4 years before we all found out and then got her pregnant while they were still legally married. Now, they just had their baby 4 weeks ago so she really had to go through a lot and now this crap? Geez...
