Sometimes steroids can reverse SSNHL and a tumor could cause conductive loss and be helped by removal of the tumor. For otosclerosis, the replacement of little bones in the ear with titanium can fix it...

I got quite a bit of cranial nerve damage from a virus and lost more hearing, balance, and have facial paralysis on the left side.
