Hi all,

I have a couple of words that I'm not sure how to sign. Can anyone give me an idea?

Concert - would I sign 'music' & 'show'? Same with Concert Hall - would I sign 'music' 'show' & 'building'?

Band - would I sign 'music' & 'group'? Same for Band Member - 'music' 'group' & 'member'?

Or are there better signs to use? (If it's a regional thing, I live in NJ.)

I'm working on a story and trying to make sure I have the signs right, as well as the ASL grammar (that's the tough part for me). If anyone can give me an idea how to do these signs, I'd very much appreciate it. :)

Skip the words. Go straight to the concept.

Better yet, forget the words.

Figure out what the words are talking about. Picture the event, then sign what you see.
