Do you believe? I think it's utter nonsense. I could be wrong. :D

Thanks. I haven't figured out how to add links. :D

Just copy the url in the address block at the top of the page that you want to link, then paste it onto your post.

Does that work with an I-Phone? :D
Of course it does.

You didn't want to say who you followed to our forum, but do you want to tell if you are extremely elderly?

Here in Oregon we still have people who practice but like you would already know we really don't need ground water, it is not like me or you is in a huge drought or anything. But collecting rain water is illegal here so I guess you would need to tap into some water somewhere

I was puzzled by this and Googled for more information. It first came up with different deals for rain barrels to collect from your roof and then this
"Oregon

Rainwater harvesting is allowed in Oregon, but may only be done from roof surfaces. Oregon Revised Statute §455.060 allows for alternate methods of construction of rainwater harvesting systems. The Oregon Building Codes Division (BCD) has approved the use of rainwater harvesting systems as an alternate method to the state plumbing code. It created methods for both potable and non-potable systems.

Senate Bill 79 (2009) directs the BCD to increase energy efficiency, by including rainwater harvesting, in new and repaired buildings.

So it looks to me like you could install a rain barrel to collect from the down spout attached to your gutter.

I have not heard of anyone doing it here in Southern Illinois for many years. But, when I was growing up in the late 1940's & 50's it was well known as a way to decide where to put a water well on a farm.

God owns the rain not the State. Feel free to collect any and all. :D

No I know lol I don't need to I just find it funny in a rainy state and we 'can't ' collect rain hahahaha

About half the guys I work with think dowsing is a method for locating power lines. None of them have put there fingers or toes at risk proving it though. I feel that's a good thing. :D
