being the straight-forward person i am i went straight to asking a question :D

but now i'll go back a step and introduce myself.
my name is alysha and obviously i'm new here
i live in mill creek, washington - a slightly disturbing always upgrading town... it seems like there's always new things being built...

but either way my best friend in the whole wide world mr. blake ott is my neighbor and is serverely deaf
and the only one in our whole town of course so he's taught me basic ASL and i'm now planning on continuing learning in college.

and it is because of him that i am currently on this site because we've been on it so much recently because he wants to be more involved with the Deaf community and see how he'll fit it
(but of course he refuses to join - he barely even uses his email.. so i decided to join and ask our questions)
((okay okay, mostly my questions but he enjoys them lol))

anyways. uhm.. yeah i think i pretty much introduced myself!!

:wave: Hello, I also am a Hearing person, unfortunately I don't have anyone near me who is Deaf. I am in college studying ASL and I want to be an Interpreter in the future. And who knows from there. I am down in Kent, which you know because your on my washington group.
