Weather messing up the Internet here at my house

All right, ADers. I've been forced to leave my laptop and go all mobile, cause for some reason, my house Internet is seriously messed up today, and my laptop is moving as slow as a snail, and my phone is operating better than my laptop, and I don't understand why that is. Of course, I would prefer to use my laptop, but that's not an option right now.
