and get an extra hour of sleep ! :)

And this a good time to put new batteries in your smoke alarms and
co detectors .

Extra hour of sleep is good but I don't really like that it gets dark so early.

One of my clocks will take time to adjust - my hungry kitty alarm clock. It went off an hour early this morning.

only clocks I need to set is the one in the Jeep

Do you have the clocks that set their self ? I was going to buy one now I wish I had . Marshall's doesn't sell them anymore. I really wish day light saving time was stopped a long time ago . It really doesn't save that much energy in the long run.

Only clocks to change is my alarm, microwave, my car, and oven. The rest changed by themselves.

I didn't bothered to set my microwave or coffee marker clocks . I know some people that like clocks and have a few to changes . I have to remind my oldest sister every year , I didn't do this for day light saving and my sister didn't set her clocks. It does help to watch the news to be updated on things.

You do know that we're now in Standard Time and it would be dark early now even if we had not had Daylight Savings Time.

That's correct.

Arizona and Hawaii don't use DST.

USA did have round year DST in 1970s but they dropped over concern with children wait for school bus in dark.

Bleh.. We have to change our schedule to eat a dinner earlier because my son used to go to bed around 7 pm. It is weird to put him in bed at 6 pm tonight. I hate dark, too. :(
