NMS Cares initially started with a goal of extending its service to its surrounding community. It started off with its very first project, where lucky out of school youths were provided the opportunity to go through a 3-day football training aimed to provide them with the knowledge and skill of the game at the same time boost their self esteem and inculcate the value of teamwork. This having had a positive impact on these selected participants; NMS Cares then further expanded its community service to the young Deaf members of society since NMS Cares sees the need to provide life opportunities for these individuals who are often left out in this fast paced world. NMS Cares therefore geared up to this new challenge by working with Deaf advocates and hiring Deaf employees to actualize its vision!
