I saw this good question in other forum.

What are you suppose to do when you have been misjudged most of your life, because of you're deaf (or any other disability)?

People are just judging you. They know you are living a hard life why do people just judge you?

Deafilmedia,

People are people. That's why we, as deafs, need to beat them at their own game. Even on these forums. We need to rise above the reasons that we can't spell correctly (like they do) and meet them headon and head them off at the pass. When we can stop whining (not aimed at you, btw) and start standing up for ourselves and be assertive, then we can earn the respect of hearies. That does NOT mean that we give up asl or anything else that helps us compete :nono: All's fair that ends fair. :deal: Wouldn't you agree?

I wish people aren't like that. Yes I agree.
