Want picture knowledge please

Ticked off about pictures!.....I wished I could figure out computers better. I have trouble doing any sort of attachments, compressing files to a size that can be sent easier...looking for computer wizzes here who could help.
-p.s. because I want to post pics n stuff in the forum from my digital camera etc.
sorry if this is somewhat in the wrong category...I was in a split between pictures forum and computer.

Easy! I struggled for quite of time and got it!

Download the picture on imageShack.com - Your Photo and Imaging Portal

And copy and paste the url link and put "image" icon on this (mountain yellow button) and paste it. Be sure to preview the post before submit
