Just wondering if there are any users out there?

 
Wasn't this that thing that woman was spamming about here a few years ago? It's not new and not all that useful either. The hearing tech companies are CONVINCED there's money to unwrap. There's NO money to unwrap. We need more affordable tech?!?!!?!?
 
I just happened to come across it in an online news article and was wondering if anyone had actually used it. I had no opinion about it.
 
It seems odd to me that this middle ear device says it is a treatment for sensorineural hearing loss. It would make sense if they said it might help if someone has middle ear conductive dysfunction but I do not understand how vibrating the middle ear bones helps with missing or non-functioning cochlea hairs.
