I don't understand how is that possible - what rights as tenants if you just illegally squat?
either you pay so you can live somewhere or you do not pay in which case you get evicted for "not paying". you get a warning period of -I don't know how many weeks - to come up with a payment and if still not paid, it's

If the tenant is not paying, the landlord has rights, too - TO EVICT.
what the heck is wrong with this picture? why Poonam Sandhu can't just call the police and threw them out? I don't get it.
