I want a neckloop that works with my CiCs or Starkey ZON 7s that do not have T-coils.

Problem with these products they require your hearing aids to have a T-coil which ZoN products only acoustic couple not magnetic couple so all neck loop products I've seen won't work with my aids.

Right the Zon advertise they work seamlessly with phone so no need for neckloop.

I wanted a neck loop I could use with my blue tooth cell phone able to hear in both ears and use the devices mic. Also be able to hear my computer or blue tooth MP3 player direct to my ears binaurally.

Do a Google search for "Artone Bluetooth neckloop."

My first hearing aids were the Zon 7, you do not need a neckloop for them. They have bluewav technology and you should be able to hear clearly. The tcoil they have isn't like a regular tcoil like on my new aids. You can program it to a phone setting but its not the same.
